Othman Al Moammar

Othman Al Moamar is a research associate with a background in business and finance. His main research interests lie in public sector restructuring, urban management and strategy. Prior to joining the King Salman Center, Othman conducted economic research on the relationship between government-based welfare support levels and poverty in several counties in the state of Pennsylvania at the Institute of State and Regional Affairs. Othman holds an MSc in Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in which he completed financial evaluation and strategy projects, and received his BSc from Pennsylvania State University with a major in Finance and a minor in Information Systems and Technology.
